Refunds And Returns

Jewellery will be accepted for a refund or credit within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, packaging and all certificates. 

Our jewellery is guaranteed against manufacturing defects, but does not include normal wear and tear. We also guarantee our craftsmanship and stringent quality checks are carried out before you receive your jewellery. Damage as a result of heavy wear is not guaranteed. In the case of a stone braking due to normal wear and tear, Moonraker Design can not be held liable for damages.

Refunds will not be given for special orders, discounted and altered merchandise. Refunds will be provided for cash, cheque and credit card purchases only.

You are responsible for postage costs of returning the item. We recommend using registered mail or Postnet to return items, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post.

All products are exchangeable, excluding:

  • Special Orders
  • Custom-Made Jewellery (Personalised pieces)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons) and
  • All Products bought on sale

Bespoke or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.


We strongly advise that you insure your purchase prior to collection on an all risk cover which includes loss, theft, damage – including the risk of a stone falling out etc. as all risk of ownership passes upon the collection of an item in store by you.
